At Stitch Print Plus we are committed to working and providing all businesses and communities with what they need in these unprecedented times. We have remained open at a limited capacity to prevent the spread and exposure to the virus. Our team has been working diligently from remote locations to keep our doors open and we remain ever vigilant and prepared to help you, your company, or school get the products that you need. 


In an effort to reduce exposure and be able to meet the increase in demand our office hours have temporarily been adjusted. We are available Monday - Thursday from 9 am - 5 pm and CLOSED Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. You can always reach us during business hours at 425-243-4291 or sales@stitchprintplus.com.


Our suppliers have done a tremendous job of operating at a limited capacity and have been able to keep delays and stock availability issues to their absolute minimum.  With that being said, there have been some items that have been delayed indefinitely due to the surge in demand, and along with the increase in shipping costs and times, our production schedule has increased tremendously. Our team will continue to do our best to ensure that any item we have listed as available on the site is accurate, in stock, and ready to ship immediately after production without delay. If your order requires custom decoration and there is an issue that prevents us from quickly processing your order due to increased shipping times or stock availability, we will contact you immediately to work out a solution and provide a more accurate completion date. 


The following information is to provide a basic understanding of how and why we are providing personal protective equipment.  As the Covid-19 situation continues to evolve, we want to do our best to help the community and the general public. We've used our supplier relationships to secure these much-needed items so that we can provide them and be a source for others who are having difficulty locating them.  We will continue to provide these items as long as are needed and are committed to ensuring our customers get them in a timely manner.  As we are not medical experts, the information provided for each item is solely based on the information we've received from their place of origin or manufacture.  We do not make any claims that this equipment will prevent any exposure to any virus or the like.  Some of this equipment has not been approved by the FDA and is simply classified as PPE to help prevent the spread of infection or illness in healthcare settings and by the general public to help slow the spread of the virus during the COVID-19 pandemic.  These products are authorized only for the duration of the declaration that circumstances exist justifying the authorization of the emergency use of medical devices, including alternative products used as medical devices, during the COVID-19 outbreak, under section 564(b)(1) of the Act, 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(b)(1) unless the authorization is terminated or revoked sooner. Due to the nature of these items, all Covid-19 related products are not eligible for return.
