The following document contains information regarding specific requests of service and represents an agreement between Stich Print Plus LLC. and the purchasing party.
By purchasing, you acknowledge these standards and authorize us to produce the custom item(s) accordingly. Once received, the order enters production immediately and cannot be altered or canceled for any reason. If an exception is made, the customer will be responsible for all labor and supply charges incurred up to the point of cancellation.
Our Contract Decorators/Printers utilize the Pantone Matching System (PMS) and CMYK or RGB values for their primary color charts. If no specific values are given, they will estimate the closest shade to the color requested. Terms such as: “Hunter Green”, “Sky Blue”, etc. are not standard ink colors so there can be significant differences between what is printed and what may have been expected by the customer. Therefore, your approval of the proof indicates your complete acceptance of our color choice.
Most custom orders are produced and shipped within 10 - 12 days after we receive approval of the proof. Production time can vary with larger quantities. Stich Print Plus LLC. shall not be held responsible for delays in production or delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. Please allow enough time between your order request and your event for your product(s) to be produced. Rush services are available for some products for an additional cost.
All custom orders must be paid in full to commence production. This can be done via credit card, check, or money order. For orders exceeding $1000, production may be delayed until the payment clears.
Custom Orders are non-returnable / non-refundable. Once the goods are decorated/printed, they are non-returnable / non-refundable. If there is any discrepancy or defect in printing / embroidery or in the craftsmanship of the product, we will gladly replace the goods up to 30 days after purchase. The 30-day replacement warranty is for any defects in the printing or embroidery that may have occurred during the printing or embroidery process, this does not include damage or defects caused by improper care. REGISTERED TRADEMARKS, LOGOS, COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL
In the event that Stich Print Plus LLC. is to decorate or print at the request of a Buyer a likeness of a person, product, logotype, or any other device provided by the Buyer, the Buyer hereby represents that said likeness is being produced with the knowledge and consent of the individual or entity having the rights thereto. The buyer represents that the use of materials furnished by the Buyer will not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Stich Print Plus LLC., its shareholders, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any costs and damages from any claim of infringement. On request of Stich Print Plus LLC., the Buyer shall provide the company with evidence of authority to produce such likeness. Buyer agrees to hold Stich Print Plus LLC. free and harmless from all liability and indemnify Stich Print Plus LLC. for any loss, damage, or injury, that Stich Print Plus LLC., may suffer as a result of producing a said likeness. The obligation of the buyer shall extend to pay for all legal fees and other out-of-pocket costs incurred by Stich Print Plus LLC. as a result of the reproduction of the likeness requested by the Buyer.
