Custom Orders are non-returnable / non-refundable. Once the goods are decorated/printed, they are non-returnable / non-refundable. If there is any discrepancy or defect in printing / embroidery or in the craftsmanship of the product, we will gladly replace the goods up to 30 days after purchase. The 30-day replacement warranty is for any defects in the printing or embroidery that may have occurred during the printing or embroidery process, this does not include damage or defects caused by improper care.
